Return and Exchange Policy

Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully if you wish to return a product. If your request falls within our policy, we will be happy to assist you.

General Conditions

We do not offer direct exchanges.
Returns must be initiated within 6 days of receiving the product.
Products on sale or discounted are not eligible for return.
Order cancellations must be emailed to deepa_sharma82@rediffmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
Returns must include a valid reason.
No returns will be accepted after 6 days of delivery.

Products Not Eligible for Return

Sale or discounted products
Orders using coupon codes or store credit
Products that have been styled, coloured, or chemically treated

Return Process

Initiate: Log into your account or click on the returns link to select the product and attach a picture with reason.
Approval: Our team will verify and arrange a reverse pickup if approved.
QC Check: Returned product is checked for original condition.
Processing: Store credit is issued within 7–10 working days after pickup and QC.

Important Instructions

Product must be unused and in original condition.
Altered products (washed, cut, treated) will not be accepted.
An unboxing video is mandatory for claims regarding damage/missing items.
Include order number and contact number on the return package.
A deduction of ₹200 applies for logistics and packaging.

Refund & Store Credit

No bank refunds—only store credit.
Store credit is issued after deducting ₹200.
Credit is sent via email and can be used for future purchases.
Orders made with store credit are non-returnable.

Note: During festivals, sales, weather disruptions, or political issues, deliveries may take up to 20 days. These delays are not valid grounds for cancellation or refund.
